Shannon began her dance journey at 4 years of age, her love for dance led her to take dance as a career pathway and has successfully made her way up to be a professional dancer.
She trained at Shockout Arts in Manchester and graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Professional and Commercial Dance. Dance styles she has trained in range from Ballet, Jazz, Commercial, Contemporary, Latin and Tap.
With a Cheerleading background as a former Official Bradford Bulls Bullette Cheerleader, she has knowledge of stunting and tumbling skills to contribute to her dance vocabulary.
Shannon has worked professionally in the performing industry working with companies such as Pop Up Global, Alton Towers, and Guinness World Records and is currently represented by Tracey Adams Associates Agency.
Alongside her performing career, she has vast experience in Dance Teaching within an educational setting and has choreographed for many shows and competitions.
Shannon is now venturing onto her next step in her Performing career with her new dance studio A Step Above.
Sophie began dancing at a young age, training at local dance schools before becoming an Associate with Northern Ballet and Moorland International Ballet Academy. She later trained professionally at Renaissance Arts Conservatoire, studying Musical Theatre and Dance.
Sophie performed alongside Billy Pearce in the Crossroads Alhambra Theatre pantomime for three consecutive years, appearing in Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and Pinocchio.
She has now been teaching dance for five years and loves helping young performers develop their confidence, technique and passion for dance.
Alexis has been on her dance journey since she was the age of 3 and over the years her passion has grown stronger for the dance sector, which has given her the drive to continue this into a career.
She has performed in many shows including The Alhambra and Winter Gardens in Blackpool. Alexis has taken part in many competitions at the from the age of 14 onwards. I have also done many exams within the styles ballet, tap and modern over the years and got to grade 5 in ballet & modern and grade 4 in tap.
I have recently just started Leeds College of Perfoeming Arts on the dance course where I have continued train in styles such as contemporary, jazz and urban.
In school i also taught a dance class to the year 7's as part of my course work for sport studies and therefore it gave me the experience in being able to teach students routines and combinations in different styles.
Overall, I am massively passionate about dance and about teachings others to be able help them improve and become more confident within dance.
